Modify update rate per display in PI Vision
On behalf of a client, while PI Vision currently supports a global change to the update rate, they would like the ability to configure the update rate at the display level.
In their control room, they still have some PI ProcessBook displays updating every second. Once these displays are migrated to PI Vision, they want to avoid having to apply a global change to the update rate, as a one second update rate is truly required for only a handful of displays.
