User Story: As an administrator, I would like to configure the color theme used for the PI Vision Chrome SO THAT I can make the application fit within my company’s look and feel.

Sounds similar to this request - should they be merged? This is a significant request as it would help facilitate use of corporate standards:

This function is essential to satisfy the end user of PI Vision and to have a common report design.

This is a big need from our business.
The look and feel would be much better when it is in the same style like others -

(Relating a need of a customer): As the administrator of PI Vision, I want to ensure that PI Vision is widely accepted by my users.
To achieve this, I want a way an easy way to add a customization to the PI Vision homepage and other displays so that the PI Vision pages share some similarity to the look and feel of other internal sites of my organization. -

Our teams have three environments, Production, Test and Sandbox. We would like colour themes to give a quick visual cue to remind users of which environment they're logged into.

Adding some feedback from this thread: https://pisquare.osisoft.com/thread/32763-why-do-we-have-different-color-pickers-for-symbols-shapes-and-multi-state
The different color palettes for Multi-State and Symbols are annoying.
To find a compromise between flexibilty and ease-of-use, i would design something like a color palette. As a server-wide setting, one can select an X number of standard colors. That palette is then shown for the various locations where colors can be chosen.
