Allow binding of a custom SSL certificate after installation of PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS
As an administrator for the PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS 2017, I want to be able to change the SSL certificate bound to the application through an installer wizard. Currently, the only option is to uninstall and reinstall the application, or manually bind the certificate using the command line netsh.

Support SAML authentication
The PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS does not support SAML authentication through Portal. Support for SAML authentication would allow PI Integrator users to configure their own Identity Provider.

HA/Failover mechanism for the PI Integrator for ESRI
As a user of the PI Integrator for ESRI, I would like a High Availability/failover mechanism for the integrator (data relay and application server components).

Provide SQL Scripts for Creating the SQL Database Prior to Installation
Provide a way for a user with elevated SQL credentials to complete the SQL part of the installation prior to another user completing the installation of the executable. Customer Issue: Many customers have restricted access to SQL servers that an installing user would need to complete the installation. Providing scripts for the customer to complete the database creation before the installation means they can review the specific tasks that will be carried out before running the scripts, and they can have a user with existing elevated permissions perform this part of the installation.

Send timestamps to esri ArcGIS along with values
As a PI admin I would like to be able to optionally send through the timestamps of attributes to esri ArcGIS so that my end users can be sure that the data they are seeing in maps is current.

Widgets for Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS
Develop native widgets for Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS that are similar to the ones available for Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS. Customer Issue: Customers building apps with the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS want PI Coresight widgets available for their use in this application as well.

Support filtering Integrator time-enabled layer by date
I would like to filter my Integrator time-enabled feature layer by date like in http://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/apply-filters.htm.

As Time Passes setting on Integrator Time-enabled Layer
As a customer, I would like to use the "As time passes, progressively display all the data to show all the data over time" in the time setting of Time-enabled Layer. This will allow me to create a heat map based on moving assets' paths cumulatively over a long time similar to the hurricane path examples in https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/configure-time.htm

Support filtering Integrator time-enabled layers by boolean fields
The customer is displaying grid sensors on their map. The grid sensor error attribute is a boolean, True or False. They would like to be able to filter on a time-enabled layer based on whether the sensors are in error or not.

Support data filtering on map for time-enabled layers with PI Point attributes for geometry
Currently the PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS does not support data filtering on the map when PI Point attributes are used for the X and Y fields for a time-enabled layer.
I would like the integrator to allow data filtering on the map regardless of whether the geometry is static or dynamic.

Keeping AF structure consistent with the Map layer
There is a new map feature created, while adding a new element based on the same element template in AF.
However, while deleting one of the existing AF elements does not delete the map feature.
Customer is monitoring oil wells. They are rebuilding the AF structure (using custom AF SDK script) once a day. They want to display only the active oil wells. The newly added oil wells are displayed alongside the updated ones and the removed ones (features) from the AF structure. They want to remove the map features for the non-existent elements (inactive wells).
5 votesPI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS 2017 includes some improvements in this area of the product. Certain changes in AF are now handled automatically. More details are available in the user guide: https://livelibrary.osisoft.com/LiveLibrary/content/en/esri-v4/GUID-0ACD0AC6-0022-4E55-A910-E54BA793FE6A.

Support Event Frame Layers
Provide a mechanism to view event frame data layers in addition to layers built on elements. Customer Issue: Users want the start and end times of the time periods for review to come from existing AF objects such as event frames.Ê

Display data for entire time range progressively in map client data table
As a PI Integrator user, I would like the data table in an Esri map for a PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS time-enabled layer to progressively display data for the entire time range on the map. This is related to the enhancement request: As Time Passes setting on Integrator Time-enabled Layer

Option to disable Integrator REST Services Directory
Allow Integrator administrators to disable the Integrator's REST API Services Directory as recommended by Esri for production systems. See https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/linux/disabling-the-services-directory.htm

Support OAuth2 authentication
OAuth2 is the recommended security practice to authenticate users and applications by esri. This would also allow the PI Integrators to use Windows Active Directory Federated Services as organizations move to Office365.

Set the default installation path to PIHOME64 instead of C:\Program Files\OSIsoft\Integrators\Esri ArcGIS\
The installation path should be consistent with all other OSIsoft products that are installed in PIHOME64.

Provide more information on why logon failed
When using PI Integrator for esri ArcGIS, logon to Enterprise portal or AGOL can fail. But the current UI does not provide why it failed.
As a user, I would like to know why my portal/AGOL login have failed so that I can either use alternate accounts or troubleshoot issue more promptly.2 votes -
Support ArcGIS Map Services
As a PI Integrator for Esri ArcGIS user, I would like the PI Integrator to be able to publish Map Services (in addition to Feature Services) so that it can integrate with my Esri application that is not able to display Feature Services.

Be able to Write data to PI from Integrator Hosted Time Enabled Feature Services
Native ArcGIS Feature Services allow for features to be updated by performing a POST to the REST endpoint to "Apply Updates". It would be good to be able to record new values to the PI Data Archive by "Applying Edits" to the features / Elements made available for read access by the Integrator Hosted Time Enabled Feature Services.
