    In general, if a PI Interface can be made 64-bit, it should be, and the 32-bit version should be retired. Nearly all businesses these days use 64-bit computers with 64-bit operating systems, and those that don't should upgrade before Windows 10, the last version of Windows with a 32-bit version, becomes unsupported.
