How can we improve the PI Server?

Percentile function

As a user of analyses, I would like to have a Percentile function so that I can filter out atypical events when doing summary calls. The function would look like this: Percentile('attribute', 'timerange', value). This is related to enhancement request WI 44140.

    We have here some calculates using percentile and this is a huge limitation for us.

    This is a much needed function for specifically for dealing with data relating to stable operations where Q1 and Q3 are needed.
