Use DisplayDigits attribute in formatting of cells. Note that hitting F9 will not reformat the cells if a change to the displaydigits is made. That includes if you change the tagname to a tag which has a different display digits attribute.

PI DataLink (specifically, the right sidebar that pops up when entering a current or archive value) is very hard to read in Dark Theme (office 365 only). If this could be resolved, that'd be great5 votes
The values of timestamp tags or AF attributes should be formatted as timestamp in Excel by default. Currently they are returned as integers, and then users have to manually convert them into timestamps.5 votes
Currently, you can only use "Recalculate (Resize) Function" on a single array formula at a time.
Instead, please consider implementing this rule: all PI DataLink array formulas that have ≥1 cell in the selected range get recalculated and resized.5 votes
Would like to be able to format any data value based on the questionable attribute.
We have a report that uses 15 minute sampled data. The data is in a large table, one month displayed, date on the left hand side, time in 15 min increments across the top. Goal is to have any questionable data be formatted Red so a user can see it quickly.
Being able to format based on other attributes, font, color, etc. would have value as well.2 votes
