Monitor Rtreports tag's Annotation
all the report's approval, verification status saved in the Annotation of the PI Tag, we want to develop a customized application to monitor the tag value to report the system administrator the status of the batch report approval in real-time. That approval and verification information is encrypted as a byte array in the annotation, we hope Osisoft can help us to transfer that byte array to readable string.
