Modify default parameters for RtReports Generator
Allow values to be passed into the RtReports Generator URL in order to modify the default Start Time, End Time, BatchID and other parameters.

Please post your exact use case and needs within the comments. We would like more information on how this feature would ideally be utilized.

Allow users to pass custom Start Time, End Time, BatchID and other parameters through the RtReports Generator URL to override the default settings.
