Help my staff respond to critical alerts
I'd like a way of ensuring someone at my site responds if there is a critical issue at my site.

WestRock has noted that email alone is not sufficient to motivate a response. A way to see "live" site status (such as used to be on the portal) allows support staff to see if an alert is still active and determine the severity (red or yellow). "There is also no way to see open alerts if you click on various sites on the Portal. So we have to depend exclusively on email notifications to know if an alert is outstanding. It was very useful to see a graphical indication of alerts on the EA Portal."
