Using Data Views when retrieving sampled interpolated values we cannot make use of a linear interpolation between two archived values since the result is not representative of the reality of the process.

Say I have a value of 0 at 12h and a value of 10 at 13h. I don't want to interpolate every 10min with a slope of results between 0 and 10 for this 1h publication. I want to make use of the Last Recorded Value of 0 and keep this 0 throughout the intermediate interpolations until the value physically changes to 10 at 13h.

This will provide a more accurate results to my postprocessing
