Support multiple wildcard characters
Ability to use multiple wildcard characters * in a SDS search string. For example:
Search for --> PHL<wildcard>M3<wildcard>
NOT --> PHL2XXUB001ABCMETER_M3*
to return all streams related to Meter 3 in Philadelphia
