Make it optional to specify the email address of the instructor in the course evaluation

The course evaluation requires you to enter the email address of the instructor, but online courses don't really have an instructor, so lots of students will either put in a dummy email address or just skip the evaluation. Please make it optional to specify the email address of the instructor so then students can easily proceed with the rest of the course evaluation.
