Tell the user when their blog post is too long
Currently, if you try to save or publish a very long blog post, the "Save"/"Schedule Post"/"Publish Now" button won't do anything. Instead, when the button is clicked, an error message should appear.

Actually, don't just tell them that their blog post is too long. Tell them what the character limit is and what their current character count is.
