In any type of post (question, blog post, etc.), if you add a link to text, the box in which you are typing will scroll so that the text with the link is at the bottom of it. This is especially annoying for blog posts, which can have many links. Please do not scroll when links are added to text.

If you really want to keep some scroll behaviour, then scroll only when a link is being added to text that is not in sight. This can happen if the user highlights the text, scrolls, and then adds a link to that text.
