  1. Reformat software download search

    To download software, you must currently select the correct site, scroll through a list of licenses, and then click on the correct license package (ie - PI System Access, PI Infrastructure, PI Standards Interfaces). This then opens a second search bar to find a particular product.

    Can this be streamlined as a single search similar to the previous Tech Support website?

  2. List current versions for all software

    Currently, to see what the current version of a product is, you have to try to download it. It would be nice to see a list of all the current versions of software in a more convenient fashion.

  3. Highlight expired licenses

    To create a case or download software, you must pick a specific license. It is currently not clear from the Products Page or the Technical Case Creation page which licenses have expired SRP. It would be nice to have a visual indicator of the SRP status of each license

  4. My feed filter

    Add the possibility to filter the item displayed in myfeed per types. Because if we select multiple item type in our profile we can miss alert or release annoucement due to a lot of other items.

  5. Error E101 message should explain that third party unique email is required

    Error 101 should clearly explain that a unique third party email is required when inviting a consultant as a team member.

  6. Add possibility to see "All Cases"

    Today, it is possible to see cases according to following main categories: Recent cases, All Open Cases, All Closed Cases
    There is no possibility to see "All Cases", whatever their status, although it could be useful to see all cases of an entity created in a chronological order.

  7. Allow Site Name to be searchable on the Products page

    For customers who have many sites, it is cumbersome to find the site they want on the Products Page. It would be nice if the "Select Site Name" dropdown list itself were searchable for any text in a site name and/or if, when "All Sites" is selected, the Product search bar could be used to return results based on the value in the "Site Name" field.

  8. Change "CaseDetail" to "Case Detail" in the title of case pages

    When you click on a case, the title of the web page, as shown in the browser tab, is "CaseDetail". This should be "Case Detail".

  9. Improve Product Search

    Remove the need to know in which sub-group a product is hiding. If I for example want to install the PI System Connector, the Connector Relay,and the DCM, I first have to find out that the Connector and the Relay are in the PI Collection Suite, while the DCM is in the top level downloads. There is no overall product search that would show me where a specific product can be found.

  10. Time zones for 'Working Hours'

    On Windows PCs, date/time zones are referenced to UTC.
    In the picking list for 'Working Hours' in Add a Team Member (to OSIsoft Customer Portal), the available time zones are referenced to GMT. This seems outdated and should be standardised to UTC.
