Make the new user Portal - USER FRIENDLY. make it easy to find a download. You need to retain some of the functionality that was in the old portal.
The whole experience stinks. Once again OSI releases an interface that is a complete pile.
Again: a massive step backwards making life difficult for all but the simplest of cases.
You can't even get to documentation anymore. So does that mean you must purchase an interface before you can read release notes and user manuals to ensure it fits the use case? Or must we involve the OSI account manager for simple questions that we could have answered ourselves in a matter of seconds?
In the previous tech support site you could easily filter for install kits. I feel this is what is missing from the new customer portal. Filtering for Downloads brings in everything. After a call to OSIsoft tech support and the engineer has trouble finding software proves the system has not been designed well.
Completely agree it is completely un-intuitive!
