  1. Allow Portal to be localized into a preferred language

    For customers and partners who prefer to work in a non-English language, it would be nice to have the option to localize the Customer and Partner Portals into this preferred language.

  2. Multiple Companies Managed

    I have several companies that I adminI'd like to be able to focus on one company's sites at a time with some sort of grouping function.

  3. Add spaces to the page counter at the bottom of the products page

    The page counter at the bottom of the products page says "Page1of2". This should be "Page 1 of 2". All of the other web pages in the Customer Portal contain the spaces.

  4. Allow user-configured custom names for sites on the Customer Portal

    I would like to be able to nickname my organization's sites on the Customer Portal so that they can be easily identified by users who create cases or download products. The names given to the sites are not always clear to the users and are sometimes the same for several sites. This request is similar to how we can nickname Product licenses on the Customer Portal Products page.

  5. Access to Engineering Plan

    Schedule of planned releases and updates was available for viewing on the old web site, but I haven't yet been able to find it using the new system. Please restore access.

  6. State the supported browser more clearly on mainpage

    It would be nice if the supported browser list/symbols are shown to the customer in the main page. This will communicate to customers clearly that which browsers are supported.
    Currently when customer access customer portal, it is hard to know what browsers are supported right off the bat.
    We do have a KB article that IE11 is not supported but that is a few level deeper. Confusion will be reduced.

  7. List PI Server Download under site

    Clicking on a site lists all products, except for PI Server which is bizarrely the download icon for the site?
    This makes no sense and is possibly the most un-intuitive part of your generally un-intuitive customer portal.
    I have had the reason explained by customer support, but even the reason doesn't make sense!

  8. Have custom labels and tags for my sites

    I'd like to be able to label my sites with custom names, and tag them by relivant attributes, such as "Nuclear" or "Renewable"

  9. Manage NOC alerts for other (non admin users)

    As you know lots of users have received by email NOC alerts, even users that are not active on the portal
    It would be good if and admin user could manage the NOC alerts for the users that need to receive them

  10. Provide OSIsoft partners access to all software licenses for evaluation; think MSDN, VMware, Rockwell Toolkit, etc.

    Please make it easier for OSIsoft partners to access the software and solutions that we’re expected build expertise and offerings around. It feels far more difficult than it should for us to have connectors, interfaces, integrators, etc. added to our PI DevClub licenses, and it makes it harder for us as partners to get our customers the solutions they need to transform their future.

  11. "Close case" option for all cases

    I would like to be able to request to close a case regardless of its current status. Currently there is a button available if the case is in "Answered" status, and I can post or e-mail on the case to let them know to close it otherwise.

  12. Provide more information in Customer quotes for services and related expenses

    The quotes provided for T&L related to onsite services are too generic. It is difficult to tell the difference among a set of quotes which leads to confusion when matching POs against them. It would also be helpful to have more information on the quote to justify the PO.

  13. Correct the escaping of characters in migrated cases

    In migrated cases, what was originally \ and " now appear as \\ and \", respectively. Please restore the escaped characters to how they originally appeared.

  14. Add a space between the first name and last name in the description of migrated cases

    In migrated cases, the description appears as:
    Note: This case has been opened by the following person - KennethBarber

    There should be a space between the first name and the last name.

    The Home page takes ~20 seconds to fully load. The other pages in the Customer Portal load in good time.

  16. Drop support for TLS 1.1 and weak cipher suites on customers.osisoft.com

    This change will improve the security of the website and will improve the Protocol Support score of the website on the SSL Server Test.

  17. More clearly differentiate Deactivated users on My Team page

    Currently the Active status slider on the My Team page is greyed out for one of three reasons:
    1) The user has been deactivated
    2) You do not have permissions to deactivate the user
    3) The user is yourself (so that you do not accidentally remove yourself)

    It would be nice if deactivated users were more clearly differentiated, perhaps in white instead of grey.

    I have to submit POs before I can download the quote shown in the window. Can this be more intuitive?

  20. Better way of managing many users with many sites

    I have many users and many sites. It's impractical to select each site and manually add one user at a time. I'd like to see a general screen where I can drag and drop multiple users into multiple sites quickly.
