We have started development on Community Management features and Stream data sharing in OSIsoft Cloud Services (OCS) to enable sharing of operational data across tenants.
If you have an active use case where you are trying to share data with external business partners of yours and you interested in trying this out once we have reached a point in our development where this is possible, please let us know and we will add you to our list!

The architectural design of a PI Collective is such that there is no data synchronization between the collective members. We have established procedures to sync the data using PI to PI Interface. Is this a viable solution?

As we increase our use of PI Analytics, we are having difficulty keeping track of tags being written to by Analysis. For any tag, it's difficult to determine when the Analysis lives in AF, or if the tag is being written to by Analysis at all!

There is definitely an opportunity to streamline deleting data in a collective environment. Currently, we have to jump through programming hoops to ensure data gets deleted from each server in the collective. It would be much preferred to have buffering or other technology handle deletes automatically, as it does for data sending.

We have a vendor/partner who provides us support on a segment of our operations. They give guidance on "recipes" and operations strategies based on the data we collect and analyze. We would like to give them access to a small subset of our data, without cumbersome FTP, emailing reports, etc. Ideally, they could access PI Vision dashboards to view ingredient inventory, quality, etc.
