Don't stop there, Identifying where Custom Symbols are used in displays would be useful as well, I have a script to do it so i can retire old symbols by replacing them with updated ones.

Using the hierarchy in PIVision I find that i need to change ownership for a small group of displays (10-15 or 1-2 branch) to the engineer that is going to update the displays. Different engineers / contractors work on different groups of displays. For example today i had to change 2 branches of a project from one engineer to another as the current engineer had just returned from leave. It seems that using the group selection (for moving displays) could be further utilised to do this sort of ownership change. I know about the Bulk utility, that i would use mainly if someone leaves and i have to reassign ownership of all their displays to another person. It is difficult to select a small group of displays with that tool unless strict naming convention applies
