We are working to introduce filtering and sorting to the Management tab, along with other features.

When would you be mixing tonnes and MWh in the same attribute? Or am I misunderstanding?

At this time, this item is not currently scheduled for a release of PI Vision. If this changes, this item will be updated to reflect the current status.

To add to this, multi-line text boxes would also be useful. Sometimes, the user wants to explicitly start a new line by pressing Enter.
If word wrap or multi-line text boxes were supported, OSIsoft would have to implement text alignment (left, center, right) for the text boxes as well.

The architectural design of a PI Collective is such that there is no data synchronization between the collective members. We have established procedures to sync the data using PI to PI Interface. Is this a viable solution?

The “cut” or “move” functionality has not been implemented in PI System Explorer yet, but would be a useful feature. When it is implemented, it will work similar to cut & paste of files in Windows where it will not delete the source until it has been copied to the destination.

I don't think that it's a good idea to remove the object before it is pasted. What if you closed out of PI System Explorer or what if PI System Explorer crashed before you could paste the object?

That sounds like something that would be useful for a mobile device.

I guess as a workaround, you can always make the same shape twice, but one slightly smaller than the other and in front of the other. Then the shape in the back will act as an "outline" to the smaller shape in the front.

I disagree with the "per user" part. That seems rather unnecessary.
Also, you would have to specify which metric units become which imperial units. For example, do we convert ounces to grams or kilograms?
