    Agree on having a start time offset.

    For batch comparison we use the event comparison function. Each phase has it own event. Downside this is not a control room friendly like a main display. We would need something like the event comparison on a main display using the golden batch as the constant.

    Need to be able to update acknowledge events and have BA able to update the event record with the new information. Having to manually use the Update Data button is not an option.

    Can you clarify if your use case has 1 output PI Point or multiple PI Point(s)?

    Is there any reason why you are not using RDBMS interface to bring your table data into the PI System? That would remove a lot of complexity and greatly improve performance.
