We are aware of the interest in this integration, but at this time we do not have plans to integrate PI Manual Logger with PI Vision. I have updated the status of this item to reflect this.

This functionality to set the unit of measure for AF attributes at the symbol level is in development for the PI Vision 2022 release.

+1 for hiding excluded assets in PiVision. I find it easier to just have a big "Strawman" template that is common to everything instead of manage 10 different derived templates of various layers. The one gap with this approach is that users see quite a bit of data in the attribute area that doesn't exist.
